When symptoms persist, it may be
necessary to look deeper
Naturopathy & Traditional Chinese Medicine
I support each person in taking care of their health through an integrative and personalized approach
Symptoms do not always appear in isolation.
They often reflect deeper imbalances, influenced by different systems in the body.
The goal is to understand these signals and identify what may be behind them, so that balance can be restored in a consistent and individualized way.
The body functions as a whole.
Sleep, nutrition, the nervous system, digestion, hormones, and lifestyle are all interconnected and directly influence how we feel.
Small changes in these foundational areas can have a significant impact on health in the medium and long term.
During consultations, each plan is tailored individually, taking into account clinical history, symptoms, and the body’s response.

I’m Regina, a naturopath and post-graduate in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Throughout my journey, I have come to understand that many symptoms cannot be explained through isolated analysis or approaches focused only on immediate relief.
My practice is based on an integrative view of health, where I aim to understand each person as a whole, identifying possible root causes rather than focusing solely on symptoms.
The goal is to create a space for listening and support, where each person feels understood and guided in an individual and personalized way.
